The customer service was nice and to the point...the price was a bit steep for air conditioning freon..so I chose not to get the service..they are very cordial..but prices a little out of my credit card range lol..have a blessed and safe day.

Excellent service! I needed an oil change so I drove to the shop Friday and they said I could drop it off but I didn't have a ride back home at the time, so I made an appointment for Monday at 2. While making the appt I was told it would be quick and I wouldn't need to leave it with them, however when I came by at 2, they said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I didn't have time because I had to leave to meet my dad for dinner and I had my 4 month old with me. So I left again, had to get my husband to drive up with me so I could leave it with them for a few hours. It was frustrating but I didn't make it a big deal. The guy was still very thoughtful and when I got the call to pick up my car, he was kind enough to make it free of charge. It was a nice surprise because you don't really get thoughtful service anymore. So I'm grateful and will continue to take my car to Service Street!

I appreciate the convenience of online scheduling that Service Street offers. It made my wait shorter when I came in for a repair. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful, and my car was the same level of clean as when I took it in. I waited for my service in the shop, but they do offer complimentary rides if you need to get somewhere while your car gets worked on. This full-service shop does things using a "standard operating procedures" playbook, which works to their advantage and will usually successfully diagnose and repair issues. For me - the air conditioner was functioning, but not as cold as I like, which indicates that there is a leak. Service Street cleared the system and refilled with a UV-reactant freon gas, then using a light to search for the leak. They didn't see it, so they sent me to drive for a few days to later return and see if the leak would be visible. It wasn't visible a few days later, but I have the option of coming back if the system warms up again, and they'll continue to look. Why this is an SOP-type approach: -with a slow leak like mine, some shops would be slower to immediately go with a flush & fill, instead trying some quick fixes, which could have been effective and less expensive, but wouldn't always get to the root of the problem. When you go to Service Street, you'll pay for getting to the root of the issue (read, more $$ than some), but you'll also get a true solution faster.

Was given great, fast service to fix my AC. They even gave me a ride home from the shop, and sent a Lyft for me to come pick it up. Will definitely use them again!
